Mike: There IS an aspect of this that is not being addressed. The matter of short selling. People who sell short should know the risks, or shouldn't do it. I doubt if Mork is so wet behind the ears that he "didn't know what I was doing, wah., wah" It sems that he got caught on the wrong side, and the answer to that is..."tough noogies"..just like the shorts say to the longs in other stocks when they are right. I don't hear of any shorts clamoring over one another to throw money back at people who bought cityscape at 38. They are all saying..."tough noogies" So, it's now our turn. al

Mike, let me get this straight. You have alleged that Mork sold short some 100,000 OVIS shares in Canada, and now Mork has filed a civil suit for an action that he committed in another country through the California Court System. Wouldn't the action have to be filed in a Canadian Court system as that's were Mork committed the selling short 100,000 shares (as you are claiming.) as it the country of record for said action? Just asking, Riley G
