All of this sounds perfectly reasonable to Michael, and all above board. Zapara said he'd give Mork some shares(not sell?) so in anticipation of that, Mork sells short at 20 cents in Canada in anticipation of getting the 100,000 shares from Zapara. Why would Zapara "give" Mork the shares? Something doesn't sound very legit about this story to me. All this for what at the time was $20,000 worth of stock? Yea - that sounds right Michael.

Probably not. The suit would have to be brought against Zapara in California. That's probably why Morgan's suit was dismissed two days after it was filed. Wrong jurisdiction.
