Personally it's no big deal.

I think the people who do pick early should be allowed to swap out else why pick early? It's a clear disadvantage if you have followed the logic.

The logic is as follows. The person who enters in Cash has until the end of the month to choose stocks. The person who enters in stock must wait for the month to end.

What I am saying is, either allow both to trade once, or do not allow either to trade.

This does not appear to be unfair, regardless of whether a person has time to establish picks by the appointed date or not.
