They had an episode about strippers making good neighbors in last Sunday's episode of Treme. It's not all bad!<G> 200 in Summerlin would get you what 450 got you 3 years ago.....more or less (if you buy right).

I've been interested in doing the same. If Vegas was smart they'd try to limit their population - somehow - then they wouldn't have to look so far and wide for the water that they don't have. There's always that god-awful anomaly - Coyote Springs - out in the middle of the desert where you can get in on the ground floor. LOL at the big hair glamour shots of the RE agents.
