Bolding that comment above speaks volumes. Then again, attorneys love the law. The more confusing it is, the easier it is to skirt it. I imagine the first bank robber in history can be viewed the same way. "I tell you, it's ingenious! Rather than waiting in the rain in the forest for a peasant with a chicken, I simply go into the village bank and take all their money at once!"
