amarks, NiMin Energy (NNN.TO) -- great to see that the offering did not appear to draw in many "flippers". It will be interesting to see how many shares were issued to US investors, in which case such shares would be subject to a 6-month hold. Hopefully they break all this stuff out for us.

I agree, it seems most likely that the over-allotment option will get (or already has gotten) exercised.

Great to see today's yahoo piece about NiMin presenting at a conference, not exactly big time (So. Cal. Investment Assoc.) but heck, at this point we'll take whatever we can get. Also it appears that the presentations for that are webcast, which is a big plus. By 6/5 (presentation date) I would expect NiMin to be in the middle of its drilling campaign; if so that would be great timing.

I like their tag line in the company description now:

"The Wyoming properties provide meaningful near term oil production growth and the "Combined Miscible Drive" process in California provides us with major upside potential that is unmatched in the industry."

No sense beating around the bush, let me know what you got (or what you think you got). <g>
