IF this one prospect is equal to what is speculated you could see this stock at $20-25 @ 1Billion barrels, in short order. But and if, there is even more say 3 billion, then you could see it even higher. The selling part of this lease will raise the stock up to 8-10 range and then the wells will make or break it. In between those two events will be sideways and choppy trading that could test the $4 level before the wells are drilled as further results from other blocks in the Caspian region could be reported.
