I posed these questions earlier, but did not see a satisfactory answer. With the DTC calling a chill on the stock and bouncing the cert requests back, it sounds like the DTC is working with the MM's to keep the lid on. Now that may be a perfectly acceptable way of handling this situation. But if so, then then this thing is going to take many months to play out and I doubt that the price will approach even $10.

Does anyone know for sure how the shorters are going to be forced to cover in a much shorter time frame? Does anyone know for sure what the regulations are for handling a cert shortfall? Has a cert shortfall like this ever happened before?

Would appreciate some info on this.
