Michael, at least answer my one question, I want to see if there's a plausible explanation that makes sense or if you are simply taking everything you're told that supports your position at face value. You continue to say that Mork shorted at 20 cents and then expected stock in return. I can't figure out why someone would short a stock in anticipation of getting the shares to cover it later to hide the transaction from someone else. AT THAT TIME, we are talking about $20,000 worth of stock. I assume your/Mork's contention is that he sold it for $20,000 to give to Zapara? Why didn't he just lend the $20,000 to Zapara? Why take the risk of shorting it? It doesn't make sense to me, seems like something more to it, does it make sense to you, why?
