She'll get more liberal the longer she's on the court........Scalia will drive her to it.

There's no guarantee of that. She's probably not more liberal than Stevens, which means that the Court gets more conservative. Which is the direction it's been going the last 30+ years.


If she is not more liberal than Stevens, then the Court stays the same. However, she's a woman out of Princeton and Harvard. I think she will trend more liberal over time.

And it help keeps Roe Wade safe.

There's a lot more to the Court than that.


True. But its the liberal issue most in danger at the present time.

More importantly, this is Obama's bread and butter......the Constitution and the Court. His picks should be some of the best this country has seen.
