Hi Christine, The "Promise Keepers" have already told a big fat lie. They claim to be non-political, and have their rally where? In Washington of course, with lots of press coverage. Gee, it seems to me if their only interest was fellowship with their brothers with lots of weeping and hugging, they would do it in Omaha, Nebraska or something. Make no mistake about it, we will be hearing more from them, they will gain more power, and they will be coercing public officials to join their cause. Christians have been nasty to people who don't agree with them in the past, and I have no reason to think that it won't happen again, right here in this country.

I opened today's paper to find more disinformation about the Holocaust. Jeff Jacoby, of the Boston Globe, had a half page of our editorial page. In it he made reference to the godless Nazis, and how godless people have no reason to have morals. Hey, why not blame the Holocaust on the Atheists now? I have heard this before too. But guess what, Hitler was an avid follower of Martin Luther, and all Nazis had "Got mit uns" (God with us),on their belt buckles. That's a strange slogan for an Atheist army to have on their belt buckles, don't you think? Oddly, I have never heard of this slogan mentioned mentioned in discussions of the Holocaust, even though many collectors have these buckles in their collections.

No fish tonight, and I won't make any more witches curse wisecracks.

Shit, I was on the verge of buying shares of "Eat at Joes" (joes)last week for 63/64, and got sidetracked onto something else, and forgot. It closed at $1.94 today, a double in a week. They are opening a chain of 50's period restuarants around the country. You can sit in a booth that looks like a '57 Chevy. The one I saw in San Antonio was jammed. I think they are shooting for 7 this year. (Is it OK to discuss stocks here?)
