Another 40,000+ shares in October by a single vice-president, on top of 200K in September by a whole slew of insiders. Yes, I agree, this significant insider selling is getting on my nerves in a major way. I'll try to run it down if I have a chance, either by phone call or by email. It has to be what's holding down the stock price at this point. If earnings should tank unexpectedly, somebody's gonna' have some 'splaining to do.

Marcie,

Agreed on insider trading--but only in general. In this case, though, you had insiders selling _some_ of their stock when it had gone up 3 or 4 times in the last year. That strikes me as being more in the realm of prudent profit-taking. Even if the stock had gone up another 15 points from the upper 50 range, that would only be another 25% or so gain, when they had already gotten a 300 or 400% appreciation from the price a year ago.

Regards,

Jeff
