to someone 65 and older it means happy, to 10-35 it means stupid. homos stole the word and now the youth have stolen it back. so now if you are hip and up to date the word now means stupid. So homo is now the proper word or short form for homosexual. Like hetero is the short form for heterosexual

The word N.....r was use to refer to someone from Niger where a lot of slaves came from. So using the word N.....r is ok according to you to describe black people ?
