Maybe the standards for far off shore drilling should be incorporated within the international laws governing the oceans whatever they are called..

It seems like everything has to be regulated, as SOME people can't govern or regulate THEMSELVES..

And the ones that NEED regualtion the MOST are the ones that rise to the top of the power structure. Probably why they got there in the first place, ruthlessness and brute strength, etc... A natural law or something like that..<ng>
