Treasury yields are sinking again this weekend, after a huge rally over the past few weeks. This prompted a "Mea Culpa" from James Caron, global head of interest-rate strategy at Morgan Stanley.

Mish - It was not the public unions nor the public in general that caused the problems in Iceland, Greece, Spain, Ireland or even the U.S., although they are being compelled to bear the costs of this financial fiasco.
