OK, just spoke to Millenium. They sent a news release to the wires 30 minutes ago. In short, the release says that the compleated another conv deb. financing with the same HUNTS of Dallas for $10M. They are not conv. until after Feb or march/1997 at prices above $8/share and they get 1.4M warrents exercisable at 6.75/share. Millenium als said that a much LARGER financing package in 9 figure range is being negotiated. NINE FIGURE range????? 100,000,000+ Thats what they said. I ask them, why they need so much money.... they said STAY TUNED. Whatever that means
