What is with this block voting by the Republicans. They are appearing as obstructionist instead of as a opposition party.

Wow, US stock futures just moved into a decent amount of positive territory in the last hour. The DOW Futures were at -20 and now it is showing +20. A lot could happen before market close tomorrow. But to see a reversal like that in the last hour or so is certainly very good. Even the Nikkei is on the climb after being down -300 points.
