Joe, I gave enough details, let Datek reply. The fact is they made another mistake and took no effort to contact me, even though they knew about it and went ahead and quitely deleted it. I see you only recently joined SI. I recommend you read the Datek thread from last July forward.

Joe,
I think you are telling the wrong person to shut up. Jack has always been fair and upfront about his problems with datek. He has given both high and low marks on Datek's performance. I don't bleive he is bad mouthing Datek, just to get his rocks off. He is informing future and present cutomers of the problems he has faced. I think he should be thanked instead of ripped on.
Mr. Babcock on the other hand, makes you believe that Datek is run by Jesus Christ himself. While preaching their glory, he is berating you with insults for questioning mistakes CAUSED by datek.
I have only had one problem with Datek. Here it is in full detail.
