Arizona legislature has already said the law will NOT be racial. Except if joe blow racist doesn't think the cops are trying hard enough they can sue those cops.

Immigration is not a state subject. What about the illegals coming in from the North. History shows that terrorists were intercepted while they tried to steal in from the Northern borders. There is a lot of illegal immigration occurring at the Canada/US borders, would you agree? The why just single out the Mexicans? why not the Canadians and people from other countries. There are people who also overstay, become illegal and become indulged i n nefarious activities. How do you deal with them.
