George, How's this for starters, from post 21502 < According to Kevin Koenig, director of software development in Ascend's Network Management Division, ''We had limited resources and a half million lines of code that we've written over the last five years. We've successfully taken that code and ported it to two UNIX platforms in six months. Without Wind/U, we estimate it would have taken two years.'' > George you know as well as I do that Ascend or any company would never make a public statement that their employees are running out the door. This is information you need to dig for. Can I give you names? Yes. Will I? No. Are there ways you could verify this? Absolutely. I'll point you in general direction of a problem but I will not be able to reveal where I get my info from. Sorry :-(
