we have 50% of the population that pay ZERO in taxes, who are they gonna vote for?

Polls showed people didn't like Bush's tax cuts, hell when 50% don't pay any taxes do you think they care about tax cuts.

This is why why Fathers only allowed land owners to vote, because they had skin in the country
