The Katrina criticism was for efforts after the hurricane that Bush failed on.

Sorry but I don't agree with this whole Katrina nonsense. First you can't call it ahead of time. No one knew it was Bush's Katrina moment until well after the disaster occurred in NOLA. Secondly, NOLA was the ultimate failure....but Bush had been failing leading up to Katrina; Obama has not. What Obama does going forward will determine if he gets political fallout from this mess but not with the stuff that has happened to date.......all IMO of course.
