There is this tendency to look at Hillary as not being so bad compared to Obama. Well, this bone headed statement shows, if there was any doubt, that there's not a nickles worth of difference between them.

You have to understand the definition of Rich

Most people think of it as the Millionaire/Billionaire club, but it isn't. We do not tax substantial amounts of wealth in this and most other countries. Here we tax earnings - so when politicians discuss the Rich - they mean high earners.

If your a Billionaire invested in bonds - you can make millions, but earn little and pay little to no taxes.
