Truman. His terms as CNO were times of growth and progress in the Navy. Upon completing his third term, he was transferred to the Retired List on August 1, 1961"

You are a chip off of that kind of block, so you must be related. <g>. Your only mistake was revolting as an low ranking enlisted man. Well, it didn't seem to hurt your government career either....
