I believe PSIX offers an opportunity for foreign buyers to enter the business, and this source of potential buyers is being overlooked. The list of buyouts of independent ISP's in the past year contains everyone except PSIX. It obviously means that offers probably were made, but not at an acceptable price. The real question is the price that is being asked in relation to the actual value. Management could be right in holding out for more, or they could be making a bad mistake. Time will tell, but, meanwhile, the guessing game goes on. Hopefully, we will all be rewarded in the reasonably near future.
