I haven't seen a menu with the sauces billed separately. My budget doesn't run to such fancy food, delicious though it might be.

It surprises me that there seems to be more concern in the media about the pelicans and oiled eel than there does about 11 dead and various maimed people.

Admittedly, 11 dead people are only worth something like $33 million [maybe more since they were all working at fairly high priced jobs compared with regular USA jobs/dole/government], but even if $100 million, that's not much compared with the market capitalisation taken off BP and the estimates of the cost of the clean up and loss of the well. So maybe I'm wrong to think of them rather than the shrimps and tourism industry to the area.
