Keep BP out of the clean up altogether. And if our scientists say we neeed clean up tankers, dredges to build berms, etc, get them and bill BP. We need to turn our scientist's loose on this clean up problem. I know only BP can stop the blow out. But they are not needed in the clean up. Priority is key at this time. You want people to start cleaning the pollution, when the pollution is occurring at more than 1000 times than people can clean. A better idea is: start heating up the Gulf to boil all the water away so that people can get to the leaking oil head.
