according to their public relations firm earnings will be released by the 14th at the latest. I was told this company always waits until the last possible moment before releasing earnings.

As you know, Cityscape has to report regular EPS and fully-diluted EPS. Unlike last quarter, when the convertibles caused no dilutive effect to EPS, this quarter, it will, assuming earnings are positive (if earnings are negative, a fully diluted number is not reported for the period). So, if earnings are positve, I am guessing that Cityscape will be reporting a fully-diluted number that is 10 - 20% less than its regular EPS.
