Paul, afraid you have it backwards-i am a question asker, not a question answerer.:-) As far as Teligent rolling out their services, i believe they are planning on spending many wheelbaar loads of money. (What is money to Alex, when he accepted a $20 mil signing bonus?) As far as i know, they do not have 38 gig license. Their spectrum i think is in the 24 gig range. Winstar has stated that they hold double the spectrum of any other company. There is good info in the Legg report. Maybe somebody should post it here. Teligent will have a tough row to hoe,IMO.(as WinStar has) Alex may need another BIG bonus to get through the next couple years.

Randy, make that SOUTHeastern WCII conference! We will invite Bill and Nate to address us. BBG
