This is freaking stupid. We have no idea whether any of these so-called facts -- that have been LEAKED I might add -- are in any way related to the accident.

BP may be guilty as sin. Or, there may be plausible explanations for each and every one of these "FACTS".

In America we don't convict people -- or corporations -- without a trial, or before all the facts are in.
