I am just pointing out that the facts of the situation don't look good for BP. Your assumptions that they are as pure as driven snow are much more speculative. "We have no idea whether any of these so-called facts -- that have been LEAKED I might add" Wrong. They haven't been leaked. Most are a matter of public record.
