I edited my post because I realized it was provocative, which was not my intent. I added the following question, which interests me and I think everyone would like to know. I presume the answer is it's too expensive to drill tandem wells.


Why would not standard procedure require two wells to the same pool? If one fails, the other takes over and relieves pressure. Now they have to do it in a hurry after the damage has been done.
