True both in direct and indirect terms.

In direct terms Hamas abuses the Palestinians in the area under its control more than Israel does.

In indirect terms, Hamas' words, actions, and apparent intentions make the the idea of a peace process that isn't just for show, or for short term tactical or political advantage, a non-starter, and also provoke a violent (but reasonable given the situation) Israeli response.

I just count the bodies. The ratio must easily be 100 Pals for every 1 Israeli, but the Israelis whine that THEY are the 'victims'!
