Expect it to leak some around the edges. A lot better than nothing though. 'Cept I hear they have to take it off in a hurricane.

at least they can put the cap on

If they are successful in putting the cap on and channel the oil through a funnel to the surface and collected into a tanker, BP can just harvest the oil, take it to a refinery and sell the refined product, right?
