Lee, you don't have it correct at all. You gave then 10 LUNN and got back 1 APTX. The merger does not require any additional funding and there are no new shares to new management becuase the management is not new. In case you bought the shares based on what you previouslky thought, this is an even better bargain.

All LUNN shareholders...those that had their shares converted should
be aware that they are holding rights to additional shares should TPG
not meet earning requirements as agreed upon. Just wanted to remind everyone of this.

Yes, I gave them 10 and got back one. The $64,000 question is whether my one share of ATPX is worth the same, less than or more than my 10 shares of LUNN. I think time will prove that it is worth more.
