You need to learn navigation. The USGS definition and "location" of Puget Sound: geonames.usgs.gov Your picture is about 5 miles north of Puget Sound. Tankers coming in from the Pacific Ocean never go through Puget Sound to get to the four refineries in Washington State. In fact Brumar I just traveled through those waters where that tanker was in the picture last Monday afternoon returning from the San Juans. In fact I've probably done a round trip through there a couple hundred times over the last thirty years.
