Brumar, You must have been a debater in an earlier life. Many,many years ago the "general area" was called Puget Sound by the uninformed but many people living north of Pt. Townsend resented that name as it was not "official". Even the Canadians got worked up over it. In fact the State of Washington, British Columbia and the U.S. Government and Canada will have a new name for the greater area north of Pt. Townsend. The Salish Sea. It will become official in a couple years. So those refineries had better change their promotions.
