Press Release Toronto, Ontario, Canada, November 6, 1997 Mytec Technologies Inc., which specializes in privacy and security technologies, announced today that the company will begin shipping production units of its TouchstoneTM product during the last week of November. Touchstone is a finger image verification computer peripheral designed for secure network access control and password management. Mytec is pleased to announce that it has received a letter of intent from a major U.S. Aerospace company for 150 Touchstone units. The customer will use Touchstone to significantly improve the security and password management functions of their Microsoftr NTTM network. Mytec also has a number of smaller orders for customers wishing to evaluate the technology for future applications.

Antonio I have been told that there have been over 1000 units made to date. Do you think that this product is now starting to move? I still think that much more work will have to go into the marketing of this product now that there are a few that do this type of work. We must assure the public knows the difference. It will be the public that decide who wins not Visa or Mastercard. It has surprized me that the computer companies have not moved faster on this. I guess they will be like most and wait until its panic that puts Mytec in there products.
