Not a mistery to me. Portugal, Spain and Greece were dictatorships up to the 70s.

Europe had is 'favelas'. Decide to create an artificial market ot of them telling them that they could be Europeans.

They found it worked. Went on to buy Eastern Europe and add them to the Mediterranean countries.

With the results we know...

Europe will return at having serious contries with money. Joke countries will return to their previous state.

a huge number of defeated multi millionaires. Typically that is hubris or stupidity.. The smart money is lobbying.. you know that .

Who gets in is not that important.. and that is exactly a major part of your problem...
