It is a bubble.

We at least have the SAT and other tests to tell us what is going on at the HS level. But God help anybody who brings it up for College grads. The Colleges band together to make sure nobody checks outcome. At least they have the LSAT to check on people getting into Law School. And boy, do they hate that!

and the BS majors people take, like woman's studies. One of my sons is a computer engineering major, one of his classes had a 79% failure rate and another 60%,PC hasn't taken them over....yet

The supply of BAs is flooding the market, further eroding its worth.

Not sure what the solution is, but employers need to stop treating a BA as an entry-level requirement. I say this as the father of a newly-minted B.A. At least her degree is in business and she recently accepted a job offer in her field of specialization.
