From my memory of BP I would assume that he would be much the same in 3d. Of course we'll never know. The sad thing about the arguments on so many of these issues is that in all my time on SI I have yet to find a poster on the dark side who can field rational, thoughtful and consistent point of views that would make you think, "wow, I hadn't considered that." Maybe someday a bright, intellectually honest and grounded poster on the other side of the political spectrum will show up and be a star. I keep waiting but I suspect such people have all shed their views and come over to the light. Ed
