bradt - Agreed. Use whatever valuation matrix you want but QCOM feels undervalued to me as well. I'm a buyer around these levels, but you really have to take a longer term hold approach with all the volatility out there and be happy with the dividend, which isn't to shabby versus some other investments. However, it feels like the overall market will drift 5-10% lower and QCOM will follow so I believe there will be a better buying opportunity maybe 5-10% lower - call it low 30s. IMO

If the company executed on its promises the stock would not be down in the dumps. The free-cash-flow is great if only it was invested in something that grew the top line. As it sits, it's only a target to attract more folks who will become disappointed with the sucky execution that we have had to endure for the last decade. The market didn't bring on the results the company is delivering. There is always tomorrow and the best is ALWAYS in the wings.

The reality of the matter is the stock only goes up once mgt stops telling us the company sucks.
