Tim: Enough of your hype. You have been giving this for a long time. Dont start a hype, dont start a rumour . Any decent investor should be ashamed to write a statement like this "I got a recommendation to buy before the close tomorrow, I was'nt given a reason nor was I
allowed to ask why.

Regards

Kumar

Tim,

Nice to hear from you.

Nothing in today's action detracts from the strong likelihood, in my view, that ASND will be acquired:

1. The stock started today stronger than the rest of the NW sector. It ended the day no worse than the sector, and better than some issues.

2. Through November 6, there still have been NO insider sales of ASND since 10/31. Go back and look at how many insiders reported sales in the last 2 weeks of October. Now, nothing. If ASND is so bad, why havent insiders sold again?

3. Through November 6, there still have been NO insider sales at a possible acquirer (CPQ) or at another possible acquirer or sister company under CPQ (COMS).

4. The company's new conservative stance has not changed, and all of the conservative earnings estimates are out. (I think the conservatism is so as to not push up the stock price, but even if not, it is healthy on a going-forward basis).

5. Every day that passes is another day under CPQ's belt towards the 12/11 2B share authorization deadline, if CPQ is the acquirer.

6. I posted news, earlier, of a CPQ and COMS involvement in an internet deal for a hotel chain. It tends to shows CPQ's possible new direction. Is ASND part of this, I wonder?

7. There is evidence of accumulation, as several persons on this thread have now posted.

8. Silence, sometimes, is golden.
