What about the GOP Governors of Texas, Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Florida? Why don't they "Seize the Damn Crisis"? After all, they are the Governors in charge of the states that pushed for offshore drilling in the Gulf and they are the ones who have the most to lose from the mess they created. You'd think they'd want to lead the charge to fix the mess. But as we've seen with the GOP, it's more convenient to blame Obama, instead of to own up to their own culpability and do the honorable thing to take charge of the mess.
