I have never seen the ISEE with these kinds of readings. The 10 and 20 day MA's are are simply pinned to a level of bearish extreme that I have not seen before. If one looks at that indicator in isolation, there have never been so many folks placing bets to the downside as they have over the last month. Even if the market has turned on any sort of macro level, and that remains to be seen, the sentiment still needs to be reset. In other words I sure would not be betting on down in the near-term.
