Meta, look at the voting record of the representatives who voted for TARP . If memory serves Democratic NY Senators Hilary Clinton and Chuck Schumer voted for TARP to bail out Wall St. Are they closet members of the GOP ?. I realized long ago the most members of both parties are bought and paid for. BTW QE - quantitative easing implemented in March 09 is another form of socializing the banks losses.

Although Boehner is one of the sleaziest of our Congressman, I have to say I agree that the people responsible should take full responsibility for what's happening there.
