Don't see why Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama should have equal standing with Florida, given they are all full of inbred hicks.

Chancels, I think BP USA could well be forced into some form of BK if some reason is not soon applied to the payout process.

If that happens it is likely that the time lag from claim to payment could be huge as the claims would have to go through the courts. Many claimants will long since out of business or in other ways broke before they get paid.

I believe this fact will be recognized and some order will be put to this process.

I listened a bit to the BBC today and what I heard was pretty calm - mostly noting that the share price had rebounded.
