But the underlying fallacy of his statement is that humans have no regard for the environment.

“... the current 'division' between man and nature had been caused not just by industrialization, but also by our attitude to the environment - which goes against the grain of 'sacred traditions'.”

That is a false statement, regardless of whether he links the solution to Islam or not.

I have a BIG problem with Islam. However my religion teaches me to treat everyone with respect and tolerance, even my enemies. If I met Charles I would treat him that way. Even though his family represents to me everything that went wrong with the world

My problem with Islam is not so much with the tiny percentage of Muslims who actively engage in terrorism, and proclaim the mandate to destroy Israel and Western civilization and replace it with a Caliphate. These are truly evil men along the lines of Hitler, Stalin, and Mao, and deserve to be destroyed.

My problem is with the huge majority of Muslims, most especially those in the U.S., who, by their silent acquiescence and refusal to condemn such acts, effectively align themselves with such evil and thus help to perpetuate it. By doing so they also tend to fuel the very rising anti-Islamic tide that they so denigrate as being hateful and discriminatory.
