uhhmmmmm..... For both, I found P/BV and P/E compelling, even after adjusting for cash lost to fines & spill. how can ANYONE guesstimate the cost of the BP oil spill? they already have more than 6000 lawsuits against them and that's just the beginning. cnbc.com of course they will do there best to stall these and IF they can survive will be litigating for DECADES to come.
