Our policies in ME are geared to support tyrants and murderers in the case of Israelis. And your policy in supporting HAMAS and Hizballah is any different? The only difference I see is that we've chosen the lesser of two evils out of a lack of available options (other than outright war and "nation building" to do the "social re-wiring" we had to do in Germany and Japan). The Salafist/Wahhabist movement in Saudi Arabia is the head of the snake. The most we can do at this juncture is to pressure the Saudis to moderate their religious fanatics while we strengthen moderate and progressive forces around it's periphery. Hawk
